Overgrepssiktet nektet avhør
Den overgrepssiktede 35-åringen fra Bodø ville ikke la seg avhøre av politiet uten sin advokat til stede.

Fredag var det planlagt et tredje avhør av bodømannen som er varetektsfengslet og siktet for seksuelle overgrep mot et ukjent antall mindre gutter.
- Ikke innkalt
35-åringen er villig til å la seg avhøre, men vil ha sin forsvarer, advokat Nils Aga, til stede.
- Jeg forsøker å ha fri hver fredag. Det kunne jeg nok ha gjort unntak for i dag, men jeg ble ikke innkalt til noe avhør, sier Aga til AN.
Det er ingen hemmelighet at forholdet mellom advokaten og politiet ikke er det beste i denne saken.
Uvisst
Aga mener politiet offentliggjør altfor mange detaljer og at det også er framkommet opplysninger 35-åringen og forsvareren mener er gale.
Dessuten mener Aga at media får informasjon om formelle forhold før forsvareren.
Kriminalsjef Arne Hammer vet ikke når det kan bli aktuelt med et tredje avhør av 35-åringen.
Politiet ønsker å holde siktede i fengsel helt fram til han kan møte i en straffesak, som tidligst kan skje i februar.
